CONDITIONS OF STAY DURING YOUR HOLIDAY

Only a precisely filled in and signed Reservation request will be considered applicable. No reservations can be registered before payment of your deposit has been received. If you have not previously informed us, we will not take into account any change in the number of guests on your arrival. With all pre-made bookings the BALANCE OF PAYMENT is to be made on your arrival. Should you choose to shorten your stay for whatever reason a refund will not be made.

Your Pitch is available from 14.00 hours on the planned day of your arrival. Do not arrive between 12.00hrs and 14.00hrs. Arrival preferred before 18.00 hours. If possible please contact us if you will be arriving after this time. You must vacate your Pitch before 11.00hrs on the day of your departure. Failure to adhere to this will incur an additional nights rental.

Campers arriving before the specified date or time risk being unable to occupy their site. Your booking will remain valid for 24 hours after your planned date of arrival as long you have informed us of your late arrival. We cannot honour your booking after this period and your deposit will not be reimbursed.

Should you decide to cancel your booking with us your pre-paid deposit will not be reimbursed. All Dogs staying on site must be kept on a lead at all times whilst within the grounds of Château de Lacomté.

YOU MUST CLEAR UP AFTER YOUR ANIMALS. If you fail to do so we have the right to ask you to leave (and we will).

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

Should you wish to book either the Gite, a Pine Chalet or a Mobile Home you should complete and sign the Reservation request form and return it to us together with your non-refundable deposit of 25% plus the 15 euro reservation fee. Only a correctly filled in and signed Reservation request will be considered applicable. No reservations can be registered before payment of your deposit has been received.

On receipt of your Reservation request and deposit your holiday will be confirmed by us in writing. Balance of Payment is to be made no less then 6 weeks before the start of your holiday-rental period. If payment has not been received by the due date we reserve the right to inform you in writing that your reservation is cancelled.

Any reservations made within 6 weeks of the start of your rental period requires full payment at the time of booking. Should it be necessary for you to cancel your holiday for whatever reason after paying your deposit but before your holiday starts, your deposit is not refundable. If cancelled between 6 to 4 weeks before your holiday we will refund 25% of your holiday payment. If a cancellation is made within 4 weeks of the start of your holiday there will be no refund made. We recommend that you have cancellation cover included as part of your travel insurance. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. It may be possible outside of High Season however to alter arrival and leaving days. Your accommodation will not be available until after 16.00 hours on the day of your arrival. The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 at the latest on the day of your departure. We expect you to take good care of the rental accommodation as if it were your own. We ask that you leave the accommodation clean and tidy on your departure. There is a 60 Euro charge for cleaning either a Chalet or a Mobile Home should the accommodation not be left clean and tidy when you leave. This will be automatically deducted from your security deposit. The Gîte cleaning fee is 75 Euros, also automatically deducted from your security deposit should the Gîte not be left clean and tidy. On your arrival at Château de Lacomté, a SECURITY DEPOSIT of 300 Euros (either in cash or by credit card) will be required by ourselves to cover any damage caused by yourselves to the rental accommodation. Your security deposit will not be returned to you until you have vacated your accommodation and have returned the keys to reception, upon which the accommodation will be checked. If there is no damage your security deposit will be returned to you. Should you break anything please do not replace the broken item. Payment for the breakage can be made at reception, where-upon we can replace the broken item with a matching piece. The maximum number of people staying in the accommodation is stated in the rental description. If you exceed the maximum number of people in the accommodation we have the right to demand either that that person vacates the accommodation or an extra person fee will be charged. It is not permitted to erect a tent next to the accommodation. If you have extra people that you would like to join you then please look at our camping facilities. There is no smoking allowed in any of the rental accommodations. No Animals are permitted within a rental accommodation. Site rules SWIMMING POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS Please ensure that you read the regulations displayed when entering the pool area. Please note for your safety we advice NO DIVING. To ensure the relaxation and comfort of all our guests: the use of MOBILE PHONES and SMOKING are not permitted around the pool. FOOD AND DRINK The pool is not a picnic area. Your own food & drink are not permitted in or around the pool area at any time. You may barbecue on your pitch well away from any foliage, or on the terrace next to a Mobile Home should you be staying in one, weather conditions permitting. But please pay attention at all times and do not leave your barbecue unattended. Due to fire hazards, Ground Level barbecues anywhere within the grounds are not permitted. Barbecues are not permitted in and around the Chalet Complex. Gas Barbecues are allowed, but NOT supplied. For the safety of our guests we have the right to implement any other condition necessary to ensure the safe and harmonious running of our Holiday Complex. All other campsite rules are displayed on the International Rules and Regulations Board displayed outside of Reception. Please ensure that you read them on your arrival. We are not liable for any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of public services, loss, damage or injury caused by adverse weather conditions. We advise you to take proper safety precautions whilst you are away and make sure that you have appropriate travel and / or personal accident insurance, health cover or life insurance. WIFI is available on the terrace outside of the main building, but we are not responsible for the connection we receive from our Internet Service Provider. . If you wish to use Skype please ensure you bring a headset with you. For the safety of our guests we have the right to implement any other condition necessary to ensure the safe and harmonious running of our Holiday Complex.
