CAMPING CONDITIONS

Only the reservation request precisely filled in and signed will be considered applicable. No reservations can be registered before payment of your deposit has been made. If you have not previously informed us we will take into account any change in numbers of guests on your arrival. With all pre-made bookings the BALANCE OF PAYMENT is to be made on your arrival. Should you choose to shorten your stay during High Season for whatever reason a refund will not be made.

Your Pitch is available from 14.00 hours on the planned day of your arrival. Arrival before 18.00 hours - Please contact us if you will be arriving after this time. You must vacate your Pitch before 12 noon on the day of your departure. We respectfully ask you to adhere to these times. Thank You.

Campers arriving before the specified date or time risk being unable to occupy their site. Your booking will remain valid for 24 hours after your planned date of arrival as long you have informed us of your late arrival. We cannot honour your booking after this period and your deposit will not be returned.

Should you decide to cancel your booking with us less than 50 days before your arrival date your deposit will not be reimbursed. If however, you respect the minimum delay  your deposit (less reservation fee) will be reimbursed. All Dogs staying on site must be kept on a lead at all times. Owners are expected to  CLEAR UP AFTER THEIR ANIMALS. If you fail to do so we have the right and will ask you to leave.

PLEASE NOTE

Children 12 years and under are not permitted into the pool area unless they are accompanied by an Adult. They are to be supervised at all times.  Children over the age of 12 using the Swimming Pool whilst not accompanied are still the responsibility of their Parents or Guardians.

We advise No Diving.

SMOKING / FOOD / DRINK & CHEWING GUM ARE NOT PERMITTED AROUND THE POOL. 

FOOD AND DRINK
You will be asked to leave the Pool area if you are found or seen to have your own Food and Drink around the Pool.

The children's play area is for children under 12. They are to be accompanied by their parents or Guardians at all times.  Please note that we do not operate a "Kiddies Club" here at Lacomte.

Barbecues are allowed on Site weather permitting. However, Barbecues are not permitted in and around the Chalet Complex. Gas Barbecues are allowed, but NOT supplied by the Campsite.

All other campsite rules are displayed on the International Rules and Regulations Board displayed outside of Reception. Please ensure that you read this on your arrival.

We are not liable for any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of public services,  loss, damage or injury caused by adverse weather conditions. We advise you to take proper safety precautions whilst you are away and make sure that you have appropriate travel and / or personal accident insurance, health cover or life insurance.

For the safety of our guests we have the right to implement any other condition necessary to ensure the safe and harmonious running of our Holiday Complex.
