ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

Should you wish to book either The Gite, a Pine Lodge or a Mobile Home you should complete and sign the reservation request form and return it together with your non-refundable deposit of 25% plus the 10 euro reservation fee. Only the reservation request precisely filled in and signed will be considered applicable. No reservations can be registered before payment of your deposit has been made.

On receipt of your reservation request & deposit your holiday will be confirmed in writing by ourselves.

Balance of Payment is to be made no less then 6 weeks before the start of your holiday-rental period. If payment has not been received by the due date we reserve the right to inform you in writing that your reservation is cancelled. Any reservations made within 6 weeks of the start of your rental period requires full payment at the time of booking.

Should it be necessary for you to cancel your holiday for whatever reason after paying your deposit - your deposit is not refundable.  If cancellation is between 8 / 6 weeks before your holiday we will refund 50 % of your payment. Cancelled between 6/4 weeks before your holiday we will refund 25% of your holiday. If cancellation is made within 4 weeks of the start of your holiday there will be no refund made. We recommend that you have cancellation cover included as part of your travel insurance.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. It may be possible outside of High Season however to alter arrival and leaving days. Your accommodation will not be available until after 16.00 hours on the day of your  arrival. The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 at the latest on the day of your departure.

We expect you to take good care of the rental accommodation as if it were your own. We expect you to leave the accommodation clean and tidy on your departure. There is a 50 €uro charge for cleaning on either the Lodge or Mobile should you not leave  the accommodation clean and tidy on your departure. This will be automatically deducted from your security deposit. For the Gîte the cleaning fee is 75 €uros, also automatically deducted from your security deposit should the Gîte not be left clean and tidy.

On your arrival at Lacomté, a SECURITY DEPOSIT of 300 €uros will be required by ourselves to cover any damage caused by yourselves to the rental accommodation. Your security deposit will not be returned to you until you have vacated your accommodation and have returned the keys back to reception. Upon which the accommodation will be checked. If there is no damage your security deposit will be returned to you. Should you break Anything please do not replace any broken items with items that do not match the existing.

The maximum number of people staying in the accommodation is stated in the rental description. If you exceed the maximum number of people in the accommodation we have the right to demand either that that person vacates the accommodation or a extra person fee will be charged. It is not permitted to erect a tent next to the accommodation. If you have extra people that you would like to join you then please look at our camping facilities.

There is no smoking permitted in any of the rental accommodations.

No Animals are permitted within a rental accommodation.

We are not liable for any temporary defect or stoppage of public services, loss, damage or injury caused by adverse weather conditions. We advise you to take proper safety precautions whilst you are away and make sure that you have appropriate travel and / or personal accident insurance, health cover or life insurance.

We advise NO DIVING.

Smoking and the use of Mobile Phones around the pool is not permitted.

Picnicing within the swimming pool area is not permitted.

We ask that you refrain from wearing your shoes around the pool.

Barbecues are permitted for those staying in the Gîte or Mobile Homes.
For safety reasons barbecues are not permitted outside or within the Chalet complex.
Gas barbecues are permitted - BUT ARE NOT SUPPLIED.

For the safety of our guests we have the right to implement any other condition necessary to ensure the safe and harmonious running of our Holiday Complex.
